22nd Century (as a JV member of AccelGov, LLC) provides secure, high-efficiency data center solutions across NARA's geographically dispersed facilities, including the primary data center at National Archives at College Park (A2) in College Park, MD, with enterprise storage area networks (SANs), and backup data centers at Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL) in Rocket Center, WV, and National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis, MO. Our team integrates multi-cloud architectures with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, enabling low-latency access and hardened Zero Trust security via Cisco Identity Services Engine for multi-factor authentication and device quarantine. We optimize infrastructure with AI-driven monitoring, patch management through MS System Center Configuration Manager, and vulnerability assessments per NIST and DISA STIGs, ensuring seamless workload mobility and scalability for up to 3,500 users
